AES originally lost this contract, however, we were called back in as the originally contractors were removed from site, AES then took over to deliver this project to a high standard and as per the specification. AES successfully delivered the complete plumbing and heating installation across the new-build residential site. The project was fully designed, managed, and executed in-house.
Scope of Works
- Designed and installed full heating and plumbing systems for all properties
- Air Source Heat Pumps and hot water cylinders fitted in every home
- Underfloor heating installed on all ground floors
- Radiators supplied and fitted on all first floors
- Complete 1st and 2nd fix plumbing to all bathrooms
- Supplied and installed all sanitaryware across the development
This project demonstrates AES’s capacity to deliver a quality and high end installation at scale, while maintaining high standards of quality and coordination throughout. This is also a perfect example of how going with the cheapest contractor will never actually be the cheapest.
