22-Unit Residential Development
AES completed the full plumbing and heating installation across 22 new-build properties, this was a phased project of a few years, AES delivered a complete in-house mechanical solution.
Scope of Works
- Designed, supplied and installed air source heat pumps and hot water cylinders in all homes
- Underfloor heating installed to all ground floors, with radiators to first floors
- Full 1st and 2nd fix of all bathrooms throughout the development
- Supplied and fitted all sanitaryware
- Registered all systems and equipment to ensure warranty coverage and regulatory compliance
