AES completed the full mechanical installation across six five-storey Grade II listed Victorian townhouses as part of a comprehensive refurbishment programme. The works were delivered during the COVID-19 pandemic, requiring strict phasing, coordination, and adaptability to evolving site constraints.
Scope of Works
- Full plumbing and heating installation across all six properties
- Careful coordination within listed building guidelines and structural limitations
- Installation of new heating systems, including efficient hot water storage
- Complete 1st and 2nd fix plumbing to bathrooms and kitchens
- Supplied and fitted sanitaryware throughout each property
