Private Residential Project
AES carried out a complete plumbing and heating installation for a bespoke residential property, based on detailed site surveys and client specification. The project featured tailored heating solutions and high-end finishes throughout.
Heating:
- Supplied and installed a 30kW condensing gas boiler along with a new gas supply
- Installed a 300L pressurised hot water cylinder
- Supplied and fitted an 8-circuit, 5-zone underfloor heating system with programmable thermostats
- Designed, supplied and installed custom-made curved radiators to accommodate unique wall profiles in bedrooms and living areas
- Fitted dual-fuel chrome towel rails in bathrooms, shower rooms, and cloakrooms
Plumbing
- Supplied and installed hot and cold water services throughout the property
- Installed all above-ground drainage pipework, including external connections for bathrooms and showers
- Installed all sanitaryware throughout the entire property
- Supplied and fitted an outdoor tap and installed a new incoming cold main
- Supplied and commissioned a high-flow rate water softener with separate hard feeds to the kitchen tap and outdoor tap
