AES completed a high-performance mechanical installation at Yaxley Hall, a historic period property, focused on a large newly developed orangery extension. The works combined sensitive integration with cutting-edge efficiency and user control.
Scope of Works:
- Supplied and installed full underfloor heating system with WiFi-enabled smart controls
- Fitted a new air source heat pump to provide a sustainable heat source
- Installed a custom air conditioning system, including bespoke grills to suit the period aesthetics of the property
- Full fit-out of the new bathroom area
- Carried out upgrades and alterations to soil and waste pipework as required
- Supplied and installed a water softener and iron reduction filter
- Installed and commissioned a new borehole system to increase the cold water supply to the property
- All systems fully filled, commissioned, and registered, including MCS certification
